PASSION FOR FOOD
My passion for food and cooking comes from my family.
Since I can remember we traveled and ate our way through Europe. Every school holiday we explored a new country and once home, mum and I would re-create the dishes we tasted during our trips.
In my late twenties, after completing uni, I moved to Vietnam, where I lived for almost six years. Vietnamese food is still one of my favourite cuisines.
And then, fifteen years ago I moved to Melbourne, Australia, the food capital of the world.
My cooking and the menus I create are a reflection of all the places I have lived in and traveled to.
With locally sourced produce and the freshest ingredients, we produce dishes that are exceptional in taste as well as design.
We create bespoke menus to suit your event, be it small or large, private or corporate: from weddings, to private dinner parties, corporate lunches to cocktail parties.
